Report to Print Address Labels

I'm working in Access 2000 and am trying to set up a report to print labels on a Dymo Turbo 400 for another user. I don't have a Dymo printer nor the drivers installed. I'm wondering how to set up the report to print properly on a label #30251 (3 1/2" x 1 1/8") continuous label. When using the wizard I do not see Dymo as a manufacturer option.

I'm not sure what size margins to set up or if I should set it up to print portrait or landscape, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
