The code given doesn't function. I thought it would b the answer to my problems. It smerely crashes my MS Access, after removing the standardised printer setting

HI would issue are you having, this code work wonders for me, unsure why you are having an issue.

You do have PDFWriter installed???

Have you stepped through the code, to see where it is creashing your system??

What version of access of you using??

I think you will have to change the registry settings to reflect the fact that you are using CutePDF writer

The code below looks as if it's set for adobe
__________________________________________________________
SetKeyValue Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows", "Device", "Acrobat PDFWriter", REG_SZ

SetKeyValue "Software\Adobe\Acrobat PDFWriter", "PDFFilename", strPath, REG_SZ

SetKeyValue "Software\Adobe\Acrobat PDFWriter", "bExecViewer", 0, REG_SZ

I am having a similar problem but I don't know what the settings should be. I have guessed at the following but the pop up menu still appears. The code below is faulty and I am still looking for answers

---------------------------------------------------------
SetKeyValue "Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows", "Devices", "CutePDF Writer", REG_SZ

SetKeyValue "Software\Acro Software Inc\CPW", "Current File", strReportName, REG_SZ

SetKeyValue "Software\Acro Software Inc\CPW", "FileName", strReportName, REG_SZ

SetKeyValue "Software\Acro Software Inc\CPW", "Data1", 0, REG_SZ
-----------------------------------------------------------
If any one out there knows the answers then it would make our day
