Report to display multiple records

I have a report set up with text boxes to display data from records. Currently it will display data for each record in the query. How can I get it to display in the footer multiple dates amounts due amounts paid and amounts owed for the same person? If needed I can supply the query if that is where the problem lies.

What properties can I change in the footer to make it display multiple records for the same id/person??

You aren't making much sense. Maybe you should type or paste a few records (significant columns only) into a posting as well as how you want these displayed in your report.
