Report -Text field with 'Stretch With Overflow' to next page

I am a Visual foxpro 5 programmer and well familiar with the report designer. The situation we have at the moment is a requirement of a text field in the report detail section such that if the contents in this field will have overflow into the next page, we want the whole detail line NOT to be written on the first page (with insufficient space for text field) but the whole detail line to be written in the next page (Where there is sufficient space.)<br><br>I would appreciate any thoughts and views and or alternative implementation techniques.<br><br><A HREF="mailto:Charles@allecom.com">Charles@allecom.com</A><br>Programmer

Can you make a unique temp index on a set of fields in the same order the report is to be printed in?<br>if so create the index<br>on the report make a data group for that set of unque fields<br>in the Data Group select Start New Group on New Page when less then &quot;A value you want.&quot; <p>David W.
