Report tags and rpttag.dbx file

I am a user of an application created in foxpro that has a report writer/editor in it. However, in its wisdom, the owner of this program (JANTEK a timecard program) decided not to provide any support for creating reports. I am unable to be able to create a report tag as required by the report writer and have no other resource. Our local vender does not have any info on it, and the creator has not repsonded to my many posts at JANTEK.COM. I have no idea who the creator is, as I am unable to contact Jantek.<br>
