I have a report with 6 subReports to display data using the WhereCondition for one ID. Works fine. Now the goal is "Print this for all IDs." How can I keep the master/child relation together and print all of them? I don 't know what to group! Any suggestions?

How about a new subreport without the WHERE clause?

All I ask is a chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

Sorry for the late reply, I hate when TT is down!

Are you saying that a new unbound report that has as a subReport the one used to print the one ID? Is that it?

Subreports don't normally accept "where conditions" from the DoCmd.OpenReport method.

Could you provide some other significant information? Are you using the Link Master/Child properties? How are the main and subreports related? Where on the main report are the subreports?

All I am saying is that if all 6 subreports only differ by ID, then remove the filter (WHERE clause) and the new subreport should display everything (all IDs).
Also, I agree with Duane in that I don't know how you would open a subreport inside the main report with a WHERE clause.....

Yes, I do use Link Master/Child properties. Main report has a textbox with ID where 6 subreports link and produces the proper print out. No problem there. The Wherecondition was used to print only one ID, filtering the main report.

I did try what was a huntch triggered by your repply and guess what, I got expected results!

I was trying to print all subreports for ID =1 then ID=2 and so on, but keeping the subreport1 for ID=2 before subreport2 for ID=2 and not before subreport1 for ID=3.

Thank you for your interest.
