Report Studio - Table of Contents

How I can simulate the functionality of Table of Contents of the version 8.3 in 8.2?

In the version 8.3 we have the functionality of Table of Contents, where there´s a page index and from this point it's possible to call a certain report page. Can I do something similar in 8.2 ?

Hopefully this isn't too late to help. The only way I know to do this in 8.2 is to insert a table, use standard text to jump to bookmarks that are placed in strategic areas of your report. We use bookmarks sometimes here and it's quite handy, though I've never used them for a TOC.
