Are there any examples using mdx syntax in creating data items? I need to create a forcast using the old way - formulas and I'm not able to create multiple calculated data items. Any good documents?

If you have Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services, there are some really good documents on MDX shipped with MSAS. You may find what you're after in there?
