On several reports where I have customized the page setup from the default, the report occassionally resets back to the default, and the user has to update the page layout when they view the report or print correctly. It's especially effects my mailing lables reports.

MS Access 2003

Any assistance/advice is appreciated...

Thanks in advance,

Are you using the Access Printer to set the layout or are you setting it directly in the report? If the settings are within the report, you may need to set the AccessPrinter layout to be the same as the report.

The AccessPrinter settings will get used when the report indicates that it's using the default printer.

This is caused from a bug within Access and can be resolved by unchecking "Track name AutoCorrect info". Go to Tools - Options - General tab and uncheck "Track name AutoCorrect info". Hope this helps.

I'll try out your suggestions and get back to you.
Thank you so much!
