Report Size Limit..how do I overcome this?

I am trying to put together a report in MS Access....but I can not get all of my data to fit...the report will need to be about 5-8 pages per record. Ms-Access seems to want to limit me at 3 pages....which is just not enough!??!?!

Is there a work around, if not, can anyone suggest a new tool? I want to be able to have a form for the user to select the criteria for which they want the report to generate, and then I want the report to be sent to PDF format.

Try using subreports and break your data up between subreports.

If you want the report to go to PDF, then the Acrobat Writer must be installed on the machine running the report.
