report shows only ipaddresses and not usernames

when running a report to see which user has the most web traffic it only shows them as ipaddresses

does anyone know why this is and what adjustment i need to make. (The previous box was ok)

both are isa2004 on win2003 servers

Try this:

Go to the properties of you internal network object, select the 'Web Proxy' tab and then the 'Authentication' button.
Make sure that only the 'integrated' method is selected
Select the 'Rquire all users to authenticate' check box and click OK and OK again, restart the services if required.

Now all your users will be forced to Authenticate with your ISA server but if they are logged onto the domain this will happen in the background (ie using integrated authentication)

If you have a firewall rule for internet access don't use the ISA 2004 group all users, use a Domain Users group.
