Hi,
I made a report based on a query of 2 separate tables.
In my query its showing multiple listings of the same record, how do i make it on show 1 record of each?
thanks!

2 separate tables"... are they joined based on primary and foreign keys in your query? Can you provide the SQL view of your query?

Hi D,
You are exactly right in your assumption. Here's my sql statement:

SELECT Contacts.FirstName, Contacts.LastName, Contacts.HomePhone, tblSeminar.Consultation, tblSeminar.Location, tblSeminar.NoAttending, tblSeminar.Consultation, SeminarLocationtbl.SeminarLocation
FROM SeminarLocationtbl, Contacts INNER JOIN tblSeminar ON Contacts.ContactID = tblSeminar.ContactID;

thanks!

You don't have any join to the table SeminarLocationtbl. If this table contains 10 records, you will get 10 of each record. I expect you need to join SeminarLocationtbl to tblSeminar.
