Report shows 0 or -1 value instead of Yes, No??

I have a report that is a count of students who have financial aid. It is listed as:

Total Yes's
Total No's

The field in my main table is a text type. Info is input on a form with 2 bullet boxes in a frame. This captures the 0 or -1 values. The report is generated off a count query.

My problem is my report is displaying numerals instead of in a yes - no fashion as shown above.

Any help is appreciated!

Change the format property of the field on the report to Yes/No
