Report showing blank pages

Hi all,

Hopefully someone can help. We have a report (a picking slip) that shows items to pick from the warehous. There is a parameter asking whether or not to show picking slips that don't have enough stock on hand to be able to ship the order.

Here is the issue. When we say we only want to show items with shippable quantities, it returns alot of blank pages. Now this seems to be due to the fact that we have a formula that suppresses each section if {?paramater} = "Yes".

The report would normally print each order to a page, So what I am basically trying to do it suppress the order if the total of the Qty on Hand is "0"!

You are probably asking for a new page for each order. YOu will need to turn that off.

By using suppress you are in fact still gathering the data and thus the grouping of the data is still triggering your new page.

Try group select using the same formula you are using for suppression.

In the section expert, select each section that has the suppression formula and check "suppress blank section".
