Hi All,

This keeps frustrating me. I have a database setup on our network, very basic. There are 2 reports there for users to access. Everything works fine and dandy. Only problem is when people print the report, it is setup to be printed as Landscape. Now, sometimes, it automatically switches back to Portrait. Does anyone know why this happens? I haven't a clue. Sometimes it stays as Landscape then other times it changes. Not a big deal, but some of the users complain about having to change the setup every now and then(lazy people).

Is there some way to permanently keep the default as Landscape? I thought I did that by going to Design View, then Page Setup and save the changes....this still doesn't work.

Thanks for any advice.

I submited the exact same thing right below you. This problem IS a headache. I have been all over this site looking for the answer. Here is a thread to look at:

Let me know if it helps.
