report.setDatasource(nothing) = error in CRXI Release 2?

Hi, I recently upgrade from CRXI to CRXI Release2 and I get an error in my code when I try to set the datasource to nothing (VB.NET 2003). I dont really care its not that big of a deal but anyone know if there is a way to "clear" the datasource of report?
