Is it possible to change a dataset in a Report Services document? I have only one dataset in my document; however, I have 6 grid reports I need documents created for. The grid documents are exactly the same with the exception of a different region for each one. I don't want to lose all the meticulous formatting in the document. When I tried to add a dataset then make it primary and delete the original dataset, the formatting all went away. Help!!!

There has been some problem with Report Service retaining formatting. Try holding the 'Shift' key down when dragging in your dataset.

There are a couple of other things you could try. One would be to save the grid format using Save AutoStyle under the grid menu. Then you can apply the new style to the other grids after you drag them in.
An easier way would be to add region into the original report then use it in the Group by. This way you only have to manage one report. This may not fit your needs but you could always prompt on Region to show only one region at a time or limit the result by security filters.
