Does anyone know what P76 or L100 means in the CLID field in a report? i am looking at my abondoned calls and am not sure that means the number is blocked or if it possibly was transfered from our other location over IP and the Nuber did not come with it...

any thoughts?

Those values in "abandonned calling line id" report means that the caller id was blocked by the caller. You probably have a line 76 and a line 100 in your bcm, thats the line the caller was on. If it would come thru Voip it would probably be on line 1 to 8(if you have that many Voip trunks).
