Report Selection not working in another desktop ???

I have a report which is using simple number field as a criteria (example {field}=2002) and it's working in one desktop but not in another. What can be the problem?

Then copy and paste the exact selection formula (from the report that works) into your next post.

I'm using Crystal Reports 8.5 and running the report just directly in Crystal Reports 8.5. I'm using the data flex connectivity kit for Crystal Reports.

It's a same report (saved in network) just running OK on another desktop and then run on another does not give any records. To me it sounds like something to do with the default settings of the desktop or Crystal Reports itself ? ?
