Report Scheduling bug

Can anyone out there confirm if there is a bug in Cognos ReportNet Scheduling whereby if you go into the Schedule screen (or possibly Properties screen) of a scheduled report and save the screen (by clicking OK), the report gets sent out (emailed) thereafter under your login rather than the person who originally scheduled the report. It seems to bypass the owner, which is set in properties.
