Is there a way to put a formula on the report that will give how long the report took to finish? I'm trying a few methods to speed up my reports, but need a method to verify the changes.

Thanks in advance

There is tab called "performance information" under Report, and there is a timing subsection, although I'm not sure exactly how to interpret the information. What I ordinarily do is add the data date and time and the print date and time to the report header. With most reports, as long as you save the report exactly when it finishes processing, you can check the difference between the two datetimes. With certain reports, those that are saved before processing and which use commands, the data and print times will remain the same until you make a minor change (e.g., stretching the time field) and save it.

Thank you, I will try your suggestion, and check out the perfomance info
