Report right mousekey not opening menu

I cannot find why some reports open okay, and if you right click the mouse the menu appears to print etc, and some reports do nothing on the right mousekey click.

I have a command button that opens up like:

DoCmd.OpenReport "TLG", acViewDesign, , , acHidden
Reports("TLG").RecordSource = Me.LP.RowSource
DoCmd.Close acReport, "TLG", acSaveYes
DoCmd.OpenReport "TLG", acViewPreview

Any ideas, thanks
