Howdy,

Anyoen know if this is possible?

We are looking for a report that can calculate Occupancy (defined as Handle Time / (Sign on - Idle Time)) on a per half hour basis for our center.

We can currently computer a daily total or an agent total but can't find any way to pull those particular stats on by each half hour to get that info.

Anyone have any ideas or know any other forums that I might find assistance in?

Are you looking to do this in a Crystal type environment, or query the data into a datastore and report from there? It is possible to get signon by half hour, but not especially easy.

We're looking to do it through a versino of Crystal Reports.

I'm not sure if it would be possible through Crystal direct from the Aspect database or not. To calculate a similar result here, we pull the data into an offline database and run some massive VBA code and queries against it to get the results.

To get such results direct from Aspect db, it would probably take PLSQL level queries (unless there's some obvious thing we missed
