I need to create a report that lists all account numbers, but there are some numbers that are exceptions to the rules and do not need to appear on the report. What is the best way to handle this? Create a table called "Exceptions" for keeping all of the account numbers that do not need to appear on the report? How would I reference this table when creating the report?

Any help is appreciated

Thanks!

SELECT ...
FROM yourTable As A LEFT JOIN Exceptions As E ON A.AccountNo = E.AccountNo
WHERE E.AccountNo Is Null

Hope This Helps, PH.
