Report Question--Urgent Please!

Hello:

I have a text box , called txtActivities whose control source is the memo field "Activities" in the underlying Table. The Report is designed to be a replica of the continuous form, called frmCompanies. The user navigates to the Report by clicking the "Preview Report" command button in frmCompanies.

Here is the question: The length of Activities field varies widely , all the way from "" to several lines of text! How do I dynamically vary the space allotted to the Description in the Report accordingly?

Any help will be papreciated.

I'm not sure I fully understand what you're doing, but my guess is:

Set the height of the control on the report to the smallest you want it to be. Then set the CanGrow property of the control to true (yes).
