Report Problem for other users

I am having trouble with other users running a report. The database is located on a shared drive in windows NT. I (the Admin) can run the database and reports fine. The database works great for other users, but when another user runs the report it will not bring back any data. The filtering is done by date, "Like?". Could this have anthing to do with the problem? How should I have the securities set? Again.. it works fine for me...
