Report prints header on last page with no data present

I have a report that lists medication spills grouped by "bottle Label" It starts a new page after each bottle. Everything is working great except if there are 3 botles used in a date range with spills it will print a page 4 with only the headers on it. Can someone please tell me How do I eliminate this.

In the Section Expert where you have specified "New Page After", click the X2 and add the following:

not onlastrecord

Also make sure your report footer is suppressed if it is empty, and that the Group Footer is suppressed if it is empty. You don't typically get an extra page like this unless there is an empty section to print on that page under the headings.
