I have a report with a grouping on service. Sometimes they want to see all services in one report, other times they want to see just one specific service.

When you select the service you want from the tree, and then click on the service itself, it isolates the data for only the service you selected.

The problem comes in printing. If I print the report for that selected service, it does not print the Report header or the page header information. This is also true when the report is exported.

Is there a way to have the report and page headers print or export when selecting only one service?

I am using Crystal 10.

Thanks.

What you're speaking of is using drilldowns in a report, as in doing a HIDE of a section within a group.

Clicking on a group doesn't have this behavior otherwise.

Try selecting File->report options and select "Show all headers on drill down"

That's what I needed. Thanks much!
