My problem is that segment 2 of the gl account numbers does not show up when I am printing a Trial Balance report. I need to export data to excel for our audit and I need segment 2 to show up on the excel documents so they have the proper account numbers. It is not showing up even on the export. I have looked everywhere and I can't find where to correct this. Is it a report column set up problem? Other users on the system CAN see segment 2 when printing reports but none of us can find why mine is not printing properly.
Can anyone provide help with how I can correct this? I have admin access to change anything.
