Hi,

Created report using Stored Procedure. But report displays data 3 times. I mean in SQL Query Analyser Stored Procedure displays 22 rows But in Report displays 66 rows. It's Printing 1 to 22... 1 to 22.. 1 to 22. Same data repeating 3 times.
In my report I'm not using any formula's.
Pls guide me.

I'm using Crystal 10 & SQL Server 2000.
Thanks in advance.

Well, you could try a quick fix that might work;
Go to your database menu and click on 'select distinct records'. This should be in the same place on your version but if not, look around for it.

If that doesn't work, you aren't getting duplicate data. So you have to find what isn't being repeated and figure out how you want to handle it.

If you can't get rid of the extra records, try grouping. Something like account number and then line number. Suppress details and show the data you want in the header or footer.

Thanks, this will helps me. In my observations it is not report error it is data issue. Even it contains duplicats the above tips are works fine.

Thank You!

I don't know if you are using more than one table, but sometimes the way you link tables will throw your report into a loop.
