How do/can I design a report page that contains details of what will be in the report that follows, possibly as a one report design. In other words a prefacing page to the actual report. If someone can tell me the step by step method it would be appreciated. I should be able to get the data into the preface page okay. Thanks

Thanks Remou. I had a look at it but was hoping life might be simpler. I have tried stretching my report header so its one page, so I could put my preface in there if I have to, as long as it does not get printed before every page afterwards. It looked the easiest if I could do that??

You can certainly use the report header. You may wish to include a pagebreak and subforms can be useful in the report header. Report headers only print once.

Thanks Remou, regards.
