Report period 1

Hi,

I have a standard report that is running details information by period however when i insert the field period i get a (1) for january, how can i change the 1 to January instead? and the same for each period???

Use the function monthname()

monthname(1) returns January so if you use with your parameter then relevant month will be shown.

Nice it worked, so how can i do the same for month 2 up to 12??
from january to December?

Use a Number parameter, user can enter 1 to 12, and as i said use the parameter with monthname

monthname({?yourparam})
