report performance

I have a report with many pages, and I would like to show the Header in each page, so that report will make more sense. Do u know any other ways that i could split my report in logical sections without losing information, and someone that reads the report can fully understand it!
Any suggestions welcome!

You can place a page header on each page. You can also repeat group headers on each page. Your question lacks detail so this is just a stab in the dark.
