Hello,

I current have a report that shows all quotes regardless of sum. I want to be have the option to either show all quotes or only quotes greater than 100k. I've tried several different formulas, suppressions, etc. and I can't quite get this to work. Any ideas would be helpful, this is tricky since its based on a sum not a field in the table.

Thanks!!
Tiffany

If the report can be grouped, you might be able use the group filter, or doing a show hide on a group footer.

I believe this should work.

Create a parameter QuotesNeeded.
List of values Static
Add the options you need as shown below
[tt]All Quotes
Quotes > 1000[/tt]

In the section where the quote is displayed add a suppress condition
[tt]if {?QuotesNeeded}="Quotes > 1000" then {Sheet1_.Quote}<=1000[/tt]
