Is there anyway to set the "Page Setup" preferences in a report so it doesn't change back to the default settings? I have 4 reports, with different Page setups and I hate having to change the layout and margins all the time.

open the report in design view. Then from the file menu choose "page setup...". Now change the settings to those you want for that report and before closing the report click on the save option on the file menu. This should allow you to save individual page settings for each report.

I recently asked the same question relating to page setup in forms dropping back into default. the simple answer is that there are several bugs in Access and this problem is one of them. You need to contact microsoft and get a free service pack disk SR1. Load this on your computer and you will find that this will resolve your problem.
