On a report, I have a TextBox linked to a Memo field on a table.

The TextBox can grow to accomodate the contents of the Memo field, as it may be 1 line or 20.

The report will only ever be one page long.

Also on the report, I have a transparent 'Rectangle' with a Flat, Hairline border that goes from the top left to the bottom right, in the form of a page border.

If I set the report page up with the memo field blank, it fits onto one page. BUT, if I add any data to the memo field, for some reason, the report now has 2 pages, the second being blank, apart from the page footer (from the page footer section).

Any suggestions as to how I can have it only on one page would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

Aubs

Have you got any sorting and grouping set up, if so remove it

Hope this helps

Hi Hymn,

Thanks for your reply, unfortunately, no, I haven't got any sorting or grouping :(

It is a VERY simple report, with a border around it!!

Thanks again,

Aubs
