Report Overflow

I am having sever problems with report overflow.

One of my reports repeats one column of date on a subsequent page. It is a one page report. Nothing else shows on the second page except a repeat of column 4. The report has 7 columns and numerous lines.

I have another report that I cannot get to print landscape with overflow problems. During the Print Preview of this one I get a msg (the normal page exceeds msg).

I tried changing the page setup and had no luck. It just goes back to the default settings. I have even changed to margin setting in Options, still no luck. Is there an answer out there for me? I do not want to tell my client they have to suffer with this problem.
