I have created an Access Report where some fields are based on combo boxes...created from tables (not lookup), using the Access Form (and therefor they are also shown as combo boxes in the Access Table and the Design View of the Report). The layout of the report requires some of the text from the combo boxes to be on separate lines from the Identification fields (Name, address, etc.) It all works fine, except some of the output to the report (from the combo boxes) is blank (no data entered). I do not want the blank lines to print, but cannot find a way with Access to suppress these lines and was wondering if I can accomplish what I want with VBA. By the way, I know how to "suppress" plain old text fields, by using "can shrink". Help Please.
