Ive got a report which lists the results down the page is there a way of getting the results to appear horizontally and not vretically??

Any help on this would be of great assistance.

Do you mean the Across the Down option?

Yes i have monthly information which i need to group across the page rather than going down.

I have managed to get two columns of data to appear on the report but the 2nd columns alignment is not level with the data on the left hand side of the report. Can this be brought level?

You need to fiddle around. For example, make sure that boxes are not set to Can Grow, you may wish to set column breaks for headers and so on.
