Report or Form to display data of previous 4 years

Each year I rate the performance of a fruit variety on a 0-5 basis. I like to have the previous 4 years' ratings visible on reports and forms. The only way I know to do this is to create a new field each year for the table: R02, R03, R04, etc, Then I have to modify the reports and forms each year to include only the previous 4 years. Is there a better way to do this kind of thing that doesnt involve annually adding a field and modifying each form/report?

You should be adding only records, not fields. You might want to review some information on normalizing
