If I uncheck the case-insenstive option in Crystal REports report options (XI version), will this work with salesforce.com data so that it distinguishes between two identical ID's with one having a capital letter and one not?
As for testing, LB's solution may not always work, as that simply tells Crystal to ignore case sensitivity, and there may be settings on the ODBC driver or whatever connectivity is usedthat could allow for this.
