Report only showing first page 1

I have a report that only shows and prints the first page. I know there are other records there. Does anyone know why this happens and what I can do about it? I am using Crystal 7. Learn something new every day *:->*

What happens when you click on the VCR type arrow buttons in the upper right of the screen, especially the ones pointing to the right? Ken Hamady

It looks as if there is only one page, so the 'VCR' buttons don't work. I know that there is more data there however, because it is sorted by name and it is only showing the first 8 records all beginning with A. Should be another 90 or so records. I know it should be showing them. Is this perhaps a known problem somewhere? Does anything like Keep Group Together or Keep on One Page have anything to do with it. (Although I have tried taking them off and putting them back on etc. Oh, and I have a subreport in it. It worked ok before I put the subreport in! I am sure my links are good.

This is likely an error in the report settings, not a problem with CR.

At the bottom right of the preview screen it will tell you how many records you received from the database. How many?

Also, check the links between tables. If they were created automatically by CR they are probably wrong.

You were quite right! It was the link! Crystal had chosen one and it looked ok, but when i changed it, it fixed the problem!
