I am trying to see what systems are at Windows 2000 service pack level 2 and 3 but I am unable to find the product name to search for in SMS reports. I have listed all Microsoft products and can't find anything listed as a service pack. Under Windows 2000 operating systems there are dozens of versions of Windows 2000. Are all these versions different because of different service packs and hotfixes that are applied? If someone can give me the product name to search for it is greatly appreciated.

try this query:

select distinct SMS_R_System.Name, SMS_R_System.IPAddresses, SMS_R_System.SMSInstalledSites from SMS_R_System inner join SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM on SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM.ResourceID = SMS_R_System.ResourceId where SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM.Version like "5.0%" and SMS_G_System_OPERATING_SYSTEM.CSDVersion = "Service Pack 3" order by SMS_R_System.Name

hope this helps !

cheers,
chris
