Report on Out of Hours calls received

Hi all

I've started at a new business and inherited a BCM 450, which for the most part works just fine.

I've been told they would like to report on how many calls we are receiving out of hours and that we already have (or had) software which did this, but they can't remember what it was called or where it was from.

Is there any built in software I can use for this? or any 3rd party software you know about so I can look to see if we have it somewhere? I've Googled it to death and can't find anything so if you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

 
There are ways to find this out for you. It isn't easy, but one simple way is to due regular backups and then open up the backup with a zip tool such as WinRAR and extract the CDR data.

I have a modified BCM where I can browse the CDR data.

It's been awhile since I last used this but there is a built in basic activity reporter.
You can use this to report on the last 4 days of calls made and recieved.
It also does hunt groups.

There is also a licences version of this for more professional reports.

The software is built into the system.same place as the element manager location section.

WE use the shadow call accounting software that integrates well with the BCM systems. You can even do a trial as one of the products is web based and with this software you can filter calls by time of day, per extensions, per trunks etc.
