Report on current form using unbound text-boxes

I have a form that is made up soley of unbound text boxes.
How do I create a report that will disply the data from these text-boxes?

I'm going to assume you mean that you have a form with unbound textboxes and you have a report that you would like to show the value of your forms unbound textboxes. In the controlsource of each unbound on your report place a statement like this:

=Forms!MyFormName!MyControlName
