Report not updating when data changes in the database 1

I am running a report in CR 8 that is based on a query which was made in
Crystal SQL Designer. I have gone into the options and unchecked the "Save
data with report" setting, but the report never changes when the database is
updated.

You're hitting refresh to update the data on the report right?
