Report Not Found error

I have one user who has proper secutiry setup to print reports yet when she tries to print the report, it says "report not found", she clicks ok then " problem starting the report". Other user with same security can print this report. Any idea what I am doing wrong or what the problem could be. Please help, thanks.

The easiest way to fix these types of errors is to run a reconcile on the security table. Make sure that the workstation you do this on has all modified reports/forms for GP and all third parties (if you don't have the dictionary, it will remove all security for that product or modified report). I would make sure you have a backup of the Dynamics db just in case.

Go to Utilities > System > Reconcile. Choose Security restriction and class restrictions, then insert, then reconcile. It will print a report.

If running on v7.X install Advanced Security. It will identify and fix security issues on-the-fly and also has much more intensive checklinks and verify functionality.
