Report not Exporting All Records

Hi,
I have a report and when I run it it says that 3500 of 56000 selected. The problem is when I export the records, it only exports 2200 of them. This is the only report that does this. What did I do wrong? Please help!!

Is the report grouped on a particular field? How many columns in the report?
