Report not displaying all info selected from combo box

I have a combo box that lists doctors offices,etc...I have a report that displays the selection of which doc office per patient, etc. however, there is not a property with combo boxes for "can grow" in a report so that all of the letters appear on the report. what can I do instead ? besides just making my field larger on the report. ie. if a particular patient has multiple doc offices, I only want that field "to grow" on that particular patient....clear as mud ? ha ...any help would be appreciated !!

Is there a reason that you are using a combo box on a report? Are you storing multiple values in a single field?

It would really help if you shared your table structure(s) and some sample data as well as how you expect this to display in your report.
