Report needs to run once throughout the semester in infomaker

If someone has written some reports that runs only once throughout the semester in infomaker, I am thinking about creating a nsc report which has graduates,graduates needs to be cleanup every beginning of the semester. I just want to run once. Can this be accomplished? If so, how?
Do you know other choices?

You can think of putting it as a schedule from the Tasks on your server. You can set up the time and day for the report to run.
